I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist, and pelvic pain is something I treat on a daily basis. Of course, the best treatment is one that’s personalized for you.
But I understand that’s not always attainable for everyone. So, I’ve created this guide to make things more accessible. Remember, if you’ve been in a state of pain for a long time, it will take time and effort to retrain your nervous system and improve your symptoms. But I know you can do it.
